2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

3. Products & Services

We sell a mixture of:

  • Physical products

  • Digital products

  • Services

  • Custom-made and personalised items

All product descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur, especially for handmade or personalised items.

4. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including for errors in pricing or product information.

  • Once an order for custom or personalised items has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments and any additional methods shown at checkout.

If payment fails or is delayed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

6. Delivery (Physical Products)

  • We currently ship within the UK only.

  • Estimated delivery times are [e.g. 3–5 working days], unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.

7. Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable.

  • You must not share, resell, or redistribute digital products without permission.

8. Services

  • Services are provided as described at the time of booking or purchase.

  • Cancellations for services must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded.

9. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your item.

However, the following are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

  • Services once they have begun

For eligible returns:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

10. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos where possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, downloads, and branding — is the property of PickerStitch and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Losses caused by misuse of products

  • Delays or failures outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in UK courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase applies.
